Unless otherwise noted, all original content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout, and software – is the intellectual property of Cappa College of Business, Health & Technology. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Cappa College retains all rights, title, and interest in the Site’s content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without Cappa College’s prior written consent, except for brief quotations or references permitted by applicable copyright law.
Please note that certain images or media on the Site may be used under Creative Commons or other open licenses. These images and media remain the property of their respective creators or licensors and are used by Cappa College in compliance with the applicable licensing terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such third-party content to you. Any use of the Site’s content (including licensed images) must comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws.

General Disclaimer: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, condition, or liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply fully to you. In such jurisdictions, Cappa College’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in Ontario and waive any objections to such jurisdiction or venue.
If you access the Site from outside of Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of these Terms.
