The Personal Support Worker (PSW) program at Cappa College provides comprehensive training for individuals who want to start a meaningful career in healthcare. This NACC-approved 700-hour program includes 400 hours of theory and 300 hours of practical experience, preparing students to support individuals in home care, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare settings.
Students will learn essential caregiving skills such as assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, supporting mobility, and promoting overall well-being. With a strong focus on safety, compassion, and practical training, graduates will be prepared to begin a rewarding career as a Personal Support Worker.
