Can training be customized for our shop’s needs?
Yes. We offer flexible formats including block training, custom start dates, and curriculum emphasis (e.g., focusing more on MIG vs. TIG, or CNC vs. manual machining).
What certifications will our employees receive?
Graduates earn a Cappa College Certificate aligned with industry standards and employer expectations. Welding students receive multi-position practice; Machining students get G-code and Mastercam exposure.
Is government funding available for this training?
In many cases, yes. Your company may qualify for subsidies through the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) or similar programs.
Do you offer flexible schedules for shift-based teams?
Yes. We can coordinate evening, weekend, or compact formats depending on your operational needs. Some employers rotate staff through training in batches.
Where does the training take place?
All training is delivered on-site at our Fort Erie campus, equipped with professional welding bays, CNC machines, and instructor-led workstations.
