    How does employer-sponsored training work at Cappa College?

    We partner directly with employers to enroll staff in our Welding or Machining programs. You can sponsor individual employees or groups, and we’ll work with you on custom scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.

    Yes. We offer flexible formats including block training, custom start dates, and curriculum emphasis (e.g., focusing more on MIG vs. TIG, or CNC vs. manual machining).

    Graduates earn a Cappa College Certificate aligned with industry standards and employer expectations. Welding students receive multi-position practice; Machining students get G-code and Mastercam exposure.

    In many cases, yes. Your company may qualify for subsidies through the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) or similar programs. 

    Yes. We can coordinate evening, weekend, or compact formats depending on your operational needs. Some employers rotate staff through training in batches.

    All training is delivered on-site at our Fort Erie campus, equipped with professional welding bays, CNC machines, and instructor-led workstations.

    We accept individual registrations and group cohorts. Discounts and custom pricing are available for teams of 3 or more.
