Who this is for

You've built a career. Now you want to take it international.

Most international business programs assume you're 22 and have two years to burn. This one assumes you have a life, a job, and a reason you need this credential to actually lead somewhere. It's built around the skills Canadian exporters are actively hiring for.

This program is a fit if you are:

Three things this program does that most don't.

01

Portfolio work, not just assignments.

Every major subject produces something you can show at an interview: a market-entry brief, a landed-cost analysis, a compliance checklist. By the time you graduate, you have a body of real work, not just a transcript.

02

AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.

You won't take one module called "AI" and never hear about it again. AI tools run through the whole program, for research, analysis, document drafting, and client communication. You leave knowing how to use them for real tasks.

03

An 80-hour internship with real companies.

The internship is the bridge between diploma and hire. It's not busywork, it's 80 hours inside a company with genuine international operations, doing tasks that matter, with your name on the output.

The AI difference

AI runs through the program. Not a module. A method.

The program doesn't add an AI module at the end and call it a day. AI tools are embedded in how you do the work, from market research in Subject 02 to compliance checking in Subject 06. By graduation, you know what these tools can and can't do in a professional context.

What AI is actually good at

Speed and synthesis at scale.

Research that used to take a week takes hours. You'll use AI tools across country research, buyer vetting, document drafting, and competitive analysis. You'll know which tasks they're actually reliable for.

What AI gets wrong

AI confidently makes things up.

Learn the verification methods that separate professional AI use from amateur AI use, including the strict checks required for trade compliance and financial work where errors cost real money.

Your AI operating system

A concrete, portable artifact.

Graduate with a documented library of prompts and complete workflows for real international business tasks: market research, buyer vetting, tariff lookups, landed-cost estimates, export compliance checks.

After you graduate

Real jobs at real Canadian companies.

Canadian small and mid-sized exporters, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international divisions of larger firms are hiring for these roles. The common thread: working people who can research a market, move goods across borders, manage a B2B pipeline, and use modern tools well.

Export Sales Coordinator
Support international B2B pipelines for a Canadian exporter.
International Trade Assistant
Documentation, customs, and compliance for a trading firm.
Customs Brokerage Associate
Entry-level role at a Canadian customs brokerage.
Logistics Coordinator
Freight, shipping, and supply chain coordination.
Market Research Analyst
Country and competitor research for firms entering new markets.
Trade Compliance Associate
Sanctions screening, HS classification, and audit support.
Import Coordinator
Inbound logistics and supplier management.
Business Development Associate
Pipeline-building for a firm expanding internationally.

Outcomes depend on effort. Students who engage seriously with the portfolio work and take the internship seriously leave with something employers respond to.

Program structure

8 subjects. 52 weeks. One integrated journey.

The scenario you start with in Subject 02 — a real Canadian exporter — travels with you through the whole program. By the end, you've built a complete market-entry plan that synthesizes everything you've learned.
